I'll start... here's a bit more about me. 

GPS Real Estate and Me

GPS Real Estate is my business. I'm a Realtor in Central Indiana who specializes in the suburbs of Northeast side of Indianapolis. 

Places like Pendleton, Fortville, Greenfield, Ingalls, Lapel, Fishers, Noblesville, Geist and more are where you'll find me! 

However, know that I'm a bit different than a lot of Realtors... 

What's Different?

 Experience is definitely important in an agent. It's a benefit to you.

However, if an agent is more obsessed with touting their own resume and accomplishments than truly guiding their clients through the process and creating a fantastic client experience, well, then, there's a problem. 

Every year, agents name sales volume goals or number of homes sold goals they want to achieve. To me, it's sorta like putting the cart before the horse. 

What if a REALTOR  set a goal of creating the best client experience for everyone they work with? 

What if they concentrated on delivering (not just saying it) an above and beyond experience? 

My daddy used to paraphrase an old quote that I just love (and have used on my kids!): "I can't hear you... your actions are too loud." 

Basically, people say one thing to get you to work with them. Then, after you commit, it's a whole different story is delivered. 

So many agents have the "hero mentality." They are there to swoop in and save the day! 

I believe you don't need a hero, you are the hero. 

You just need guidance to get where you are going and I can help with that!
